Class Action Suit
Yesterday, I got the strangest letter from a law firm about a class action suit filed on behalf of all California employees of Washington Mutual. I worked there for a couple years during the payout period, so I stand to receive almost $400. The problem is that I don’t agree with the basis of the suit. It stipulates wage and break infractions that I didn’t experience. In fact, working there was one of my favorite jobs: they paid me well, gave me good benefits, and provided generous monthly bonuses.
What would you do?
